Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage has been traced back 2,500 years from the Vasrayana or Diamond Healing Lineage of Tibet and is an integral component of Ayurvedic Medicine. Traditional Thai massage facilitates and promotes a harmonious state of being.
Hatha Yoga
The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit verb ‘yuj’ which means to join, to unite. Hatha Yoga is one type of yoga that helps an individual realize his/her union with the Spirit within by focusing primarily on the body and mind.
The Teachers
James Sumarac studied Traditional Thai massage in Thailand, is a Doctor of Oriental medicine and taught extensively world wide in addition to operating a clinic for 25 years. He is a highly experienced and consummate teacher.
Kym & Andrew Oliver studied Vedanta Philosophy and Hatha Yoga at the Vedanta Institute India for over three years. Andrew and Kym now offer yoga, philosophy classes and retreats throughout the Macedon ranges. They also offer guided tours to India.
